Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

SUMMARY The Marketing and Sales Integration Manager serves as a key connector between the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of advisor‑facing and consortia marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for translating sales strategies into actionable marketing deliverables, managing the intake and execution of requests, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at navigating cross‑functional environments to drive alignment and results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing for consortia and advisor‑facing marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.

Maintains regular touchpoints with Sales Coordinators and National Account Directors, and other stakeholders.

Collects and refines specifications for marketing deliverables including ads, publications, digital assets, and direct mailer campaigns.

Ensures marketing requests are submitted with sufficient lead time and complete information to support marketing production and delivery.

Supports the development of campaign themes and messaging, targeting strategies that resonate with travel advisor audiences and specific travel consortiums.

Integrates Sales‑driven initiatives into the broader marketing calendar, ensuring visibility and coordination of all marketing efforts.

Tracks progress of marketing deliverables, proactively communicating updates, timelines, and potential roadblocks to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with external consortia partners, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and brand standards.

Provides feedback and performance insights to optimize future marketing efforts and improve engagement.

Assists with reporting and documentation to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic marketing planning.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four‑year college or university, and four to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
