Finance Manager, Instagram & Threads Join Meta to leverage your finance expertise and help shape the future of Instagram and Threads. This role supports product, engineering, and business partners across Instagram and Threads, driving resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Base Pay Range:

$142,000 – $205,000 per year

Responsibilities

Integrate into Instagram and Threads strategy and planning processes.

Serve as a trusted finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional tech leaders.

Lead resourcing, investment, and capital allocation processes in collaboration with leadership.

Own day‑to‑day operational budget management.

Promote data‑driven decision making across Instagram, Threads, and Meta finance leadership.

Collaborate with horizontal FP&A teams to improve headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in finance, strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated leadership in headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.

Experience synthesizing strategic insights and solving problems individually or in a group.

Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills with business leaders.

Results‑oriented, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a leading technology, internet, or high‑growth company.

Experience directly supporting leadership teams in a hyper‑scaling environment.

Hands‑on experience with AI tools, data analytics platforms, and forecasting technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

Compensation:

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Base compensation is determined by skill, experience, and location. Additional benefits information is available at Meta.
