Presentation Specialist
Robert Half, a leading talent solutions firm, is seeking a contract Presentation Designer to create high‑impact, large‑format visual content for a major event in early March. This role partners with the presentation development lead to deliver visually stunning, technically sound presentations optimized for a 100‑foot‑wide screen. Ideal candidates have experience designing large‑scale visuals, event environments, and executive‑level storytelling.
What You'll Do
Design and build presentation materials for a large‑format screen (100‑ft wide), including master templates, motion graphics, and visual assets.
Translate complex content into clean, compelling visuals—charts, diagrams, and narratives—tailored for a live event experience.
Optimize for scale and readability, ensuring typography, contrast, and layout perform in big‑room settings and varied lighting.
Collaborate on content flow, agenda pacing, and run‑of‑show deliverables.
Manage version control and file organization across multiple speaker decks and revisions.
Prepare for pre‑event checks: tech checks, export standards, asset packaging, and compatibility testing with AV teams.
Travel to Florida (if required) to support onsite deck adjustments, last‑minute changes, and coordination with production crews.
Requirements
Portfolio of large‑scale presentation work (keynotes, product launches, conferences, broadcast, or experiential environments).
Advanced design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
Strong presentation mechanics: layout, hierarchy, typography, accessibility, data visualization, and motion principles.
Technical savvy (preferred): familiarity with aspect ratios, pixel densities, color spaces, and AV workflows for big screens.
Calm under pressure: comfortable with tight timelines, rapid iteration, and executive stakeholder feedback.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Innovation starts with people.
