SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST – RED BULL AIR FORCE
THE ROLE:
The Social Media Specialist for Red Bull Air Force, reporting to the Social Media Manager, will be responsible for daily copywriting, publishing, and community management across our Red Bull Air Force social media communities.
The ideal candidate is a native consumer of short‑form content platforms, with a passion for extreme sports, aviation, and storytelling that captures the thrill and precision of the Red Bull Air Force. You will help evolve the tone of voice for these channels, produce content that resonates with aviation enthusiasts, and build a loyal community around one of Red Bull’s most iconic teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Programming, and the Red Bull Air Force team to ensure alignment in brand messaging and content strategy. Work cross‑functionally to shape ideas, stories, and posts that excite athletes and stakeholders, and define, track, measure, and promote successful outcomes and tactics.
Channel Management & Operations:
Oversee day‑to‑day management of Red Bull Air Force social channels, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and a consistent flow of high‑quality, on‑brand content. Develop and implement channel‑specific strategies to optimize content performance, audience growth, and watch time with key demographics. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules, and write clear, compelling, on‑brand copy for posts, captions, and on‑screen text.
Content Creation:
Drive ideation and content development that aligns with audience and algorithm demands. Comfortable with on‑site shoots, capturing mobile‑first footage, and working closely with athletes to bring aerial storytelling to life. Demonstrate strong video editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Premiere and other Creative Cloud tools, delivering polished short‑form content that maintains visual consistency, pacing, and storytelling quality across all platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms.
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook creation best practices.
Experience managing publishing and community engagement for brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with the ability to edit, package, and deliver short‑form assets efficiently.
Strong awareness of emerging content trends and platform updates.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

TIME COMMITMENT:
40 hours per week, with occasional weekend responsibilities.
Hybrid in‑office expectations.
