Administrative Assistant

Duties
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide outstanding customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate for caregivers.
- Perform clerical duties including typing documents, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed to support the administrator, caregivers and clients.
- Maintain organized office management systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong front desk experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Exceptional typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
