Administrative Assistant
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant. Position Type: Full Time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Greenville, TX 75402 As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.
- Preparing weekly reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reports, assisting with new hire orientations, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding.
- Manage schedules for managers, prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan meetings and take minutes for meetings.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams to create presentations and communicate information.
- Organize and execute employee morale events.
- Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms.
- Maintain required level of confidentiality.
- Serve as back up support to other administrative team members.
- Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Pay Range*: $22-$24 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
