Responsibilities

Support global revenue forecasting and planning for Video Ads, with exposure to News Ads and other Apple Media advertising initiatives as business needs evolve

Build and maintain financial models and analyses that inform decision‑making across planning, pacing, and strategic initiatives

Act as a program manager for finance, coordinating inputs and alignment across Sales, Product, Data, and Accounting partners to keep initiatives moving forward

Proactively surface trends, insights, and performance updates through clear, concise materials for stakeholders and senior leadership

Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives that drive discussion, decisions, and action

Design and present succinct, informative, and engaging keynotes tailored to an executive audience

Own aspects of the quarter‑end close process, including preparation of journal entries and ensuring financial results are accurate and compliant with accounting policy

Develop a deep understanding of Apple Media advertising products and serve as a finance point of contact for key growth areas

Build strong, trusted partnerships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Data Insights, and Finance

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience, preferably in FP&A or Ad Sales Finance within AdTech, Sports, or Media/Entertainment

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problems

Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis, paired with working knowledge of accounting principles

Highly analytical, with the ability to translate large and imperfect datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Proven track record of taking initiative, following through, and delivering results with a positive, collaborative approach

Comfortable building relationships and influencing partners across multiple functions and levels of seniority

Experience preparing or supporting journal entries, accruals, and quarter‑end close processes

SQL experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn); comfort working with data is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present materials to senior leadership

Detail‑oriented while maintaining the ability to step back and focus on the big picture trends and key business levers

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
