Administrative Assistant

Location: Johnston, RI 02919 HYBRID (works 4 days or less in the office)

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr on W2

Description:

Responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible for providing basic secretarial, administrative or clerical support. Execute routine tasks, such as filing, answering phones, making photocopies, sorting mail.

Responsibilities:

Fielding telephone calls, filing, data entry.

Coordination of meetings.

Various reporting.

Ordering of supplies/equipment
