Overview We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for Cross‑Channel Initiatives, including but not limited to 360 campaigns, digital, video, TV, and social marketing.
In this role, you will lead with empathy and a direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within your assigned account(s). You will collaborate across multiple collaborators to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team.
This position is ideally located in our NYC office or in the San Antonio, Texas area.
Responsibilities
Runs an increasingly larger and more complex program through the full lifecycle for a client, or multiple clients and partners effectively across multiple agencies as required
Accountable for the delivery team’s organization, operational efficiencies and health within their account(s)
Responsible for staffing of Delivery team members and delivering accurate financial management and improved account margins
Defines different methodologies which should be used by projects in the organization, with ability to tailor, develop and codify new methodology based on client needs and organizational constraints and train others to scale the approach further and iterate
Establishes processes for scope management and change control and has ability to drive difficult scope change discussions and actions with client
Leads our teams to implement selected methodologies — course correcting as necessary
Acts as a consultant who can be leveraged to analyze suggestions on incorporating new ceremonies/approaches/tools which have helped on other projects
Drives adoption and governance on new tools, process and methodology within the internal Razorfish and client program team
Proactively identifies difficult team situations and diagnose / implement corrective actions where challenges may occur
Leads and facilitates large sessions with internal teams and/or Clients; presents and delivers clear messaging in front of large Executive‑Level group audiences
Aligns Client operational and financial requirements with optimal Deal Structure in coordination with the client-service lead
Provides consultative advice to Clients/Client Services that help drive solutions
Successfully sets and manages internal, Client and third‑party expectations, such that surprises have been avoided, and Collaborators view their engagements positively
Proactively inquires as to performance against expectations and takes corrective action to remedy misaligned expectations with the internal team
Ensures that our internal interests are clearly protected in terms of unambiguous scope, articulate assumptions and third‑party dependencies for large programs
Qualifications
11+ years of Program management experience that includes working in a fast‑moving agency environment.
Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end management of large‑sized, complex digital and marketing programs for a client or multiple clients, with ability to manage revenue at $15M+.
Extensive experience overseeing 360 brand campaigns and TV and video campaign productions at scale.
Workstreams include but are not limited to 360 brand campaigns, TV and Online Video Content Production, and Social Marketing.
Expertise in process and tool innovation.
Strong skills in reporting analysis.
Demonstrated experience in developing long‑term plans.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive‑level collaborators and clients.
Ability to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans for large programs and multiple projects.
Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
Food/QSR category experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $168,150 - $267,217 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
