Enterprise Account Executive - IT Asset Disposition

ReCloud IT is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) which is a high-impact, 'hunter' role responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing large, strategic, multi-year contracts with new enterprise clients.
We provide comprehensive IT asset management services for organizations and corporations. In this business line, we provide value-added services including logistics management, equipment refurbishment, data erasure, product re-marketing, downstream recycling, and sustainability reporting for our clients. We are headquartered in Piscataway, NJ and service North American markets.
Strategic Sales & Hunting
Target and penetrate Fortune 500, Global 2000, and large-scale public sector accounts with complex, mission-critical IT asset disposition needs.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to aggressively pursue and close new business.
Effectively manage a long, complex sales cycle (6-18 months), navigating multiple stakeholders across IT Security, Procurement, Finance, and Sustainability departments.
Deal Execution & Solution Design
Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact and qualification through contract negotiation and final close.
Act as the lead architect in designing customized, global ITAD solutions that address client-specific requirements for data sanitization, chain of custody, logistics, and resale/recycling goals.
Develop and deliver compelling, executive-level presentations, proposals, and responses to complex RFPs (Request for Proposals) that clearly demonstrate the security, compliance, and financial benefits of partnering with ReCloud IT.
Negotiate commercial terms and legal agreements to secure profitable, large-scale contracts.
Compliance and Domain Expertise
Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and global e-waste directives (e.g., WEEE).
Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Legal, and Operations to ensure solutions are technically feasible and compliant globally.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience selling ITAD, IT hardware, Data Security, or related technology services to large enterprise accounts.
A proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales quotas and closing multi-million dollar deals.
Expert proficiency in developing business cases and financial models to justify complex solution investments.
Pay starts at $100K+ depending on experience with uncapped commission potential.
