Mission Summary The Partnerships Director will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand opportunities with key partners and parent companies. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in forging successful alliances, negotiating complex agreements, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The Partnerships Director will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and achieving our long‑term objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive collaboration strategy aligned with company goals.
Develop strategic roadmaps for large‑scale data strategy and next generation AV products.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and key parent company stakeholders.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, program management, strategy, and legal teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Curate meticulous executive and board level materials to report on opportunities, progress, risks, and successes.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in mobility or AI/ML related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of partnership models, technology integrations, and strategic alliances.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Korean language fluency preferred; proficiency required.
Proven cross‑functional leadership with strong project management skills.
Executive level presentation skills.
Preferred but not required
Experience with Autonomous Vehicles or Automotive OEM.
Hybrid Arrangement This role is hybrid from our Boston office. It requires two in‑office days each week, ideally Tuesday and Thursday.
Salary Range Estimated compensation range: $168,000 USD - $231,000 USD. The role may include additional forms of compensation such as a bonus or company equity.
