Job Description You will be the Senior Software Engineer Full Stack for the Hub and ModStar team. Our team designs, develops, and sustains full‑stack applications that power critical MFC missions.

What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Software Engineer Full Stack you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end software solutions while providing technical leadership to the Hub and ModStar teams.

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications from front‑end UI to back‑end services.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, championing best practices and high‑quality code.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software designs.

Own the CI/CD pipeline implementation and ensure secure, reliable deployments.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and maintainability.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to obtain interim secret security clearance to start.

Proven experience in full stack web development with a focus on React, Next.js, Node.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of database design and development using Object Relational Mapping (ORM).

Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.

Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Desired Skills

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).

Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Azure, and PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Mocha) and experience with unit testing and integration testing.
