We hope you’d like to join us! Essential Functions: As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in our finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. You’ll be responsible for supporting month-end close process by preparing account reconciliations, preparing analysis in support of journal entries, and data entry for asset ledgers and bank transactions. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and help scale our accounting operations. Key Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation Enter daily cash transactions and maintain schedules for fixed assets Record corporate credit card transactions Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Participate in the year-end audit process and provide requested documentation Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a software or technology company Experience with NetSuite (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively Additional employee benefits at Concord Technologies: 401K plan w/ 6% company match (vests immediately) Flex-Time off + sick time 10 company holidays Full suite of health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)– employee only coverage covered at 100% (no employee cost).
