Hospitality Sourcing Specialist @ Restaurant Zone Recruiting | Sourcing, Recruiting The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and scaling all recruiting efforts for a multi-unit restaurant organization with a primary focus on New York. This role develops and executes hiring strategies for both hourly and leadership positions, ensuring strong employer branding, efficient hiring processes, and high-quality talent acquisition in fast-paced restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all talent acquisition strategies for hourly, management, and corporate restaurant roles

Partner with operations leadership to forecast hiring needs and support new restaurant openings and market expansion

Build, manage, and develop internal recruiting teams and external vendor relationships

Drive high-volume recruiting initiatives while maintaining quality and speed-to-hire

Implement and optimize ATS, sourcing strategies, and recruiting processes

Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top restaurant and hospitality talent

Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention) to drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations across NY, FL, and other East Coast markets

Support leadership and succession hiring for General Manager, District, and Regional roles

Serve as a strategic partner to HR and Operations leaders

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting leadership experience

Strong background in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit environments

Proven experience hiring at scale across multiple geographic markets

Hands-on experience recruiting hourly, management, and executive-level restaurant talent

Strong understanding of employment laws across NY, FL, and multi-state markets

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to travel across the East Coast as needed

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting high-growth or multi-brand restaurant organizations

Background in both in-house and agency recruiting environments
