R-00016# **Job Summary**The Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Cambridge’s technology environment—driving reliability, security, and scalability across the enterprise. This role leads multiple teams including Helpdesk, Application Support, Production Support, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The VP will shape the technology strategy, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with the firm’s business goals, regulatory requirements, and client service standards.

As our technology landscape continues to evolve, this role offers the opportunity to shape the firm’s future by leading teams that keep our platforms secure, our systems reliable, and our users connected.# **Key Deliverables and Responsibilities*** Partner with the CTO and executive team to develop and execute the firm’s technology strategy, ensuring it supports business growth, operational efficiency, and security.* Oversee the daily operations of the technology organization, ensuring uptime, performance, and exceptional service delivery to internal associates and external financial professionals.* Direct the firm’s cybersecurity framework and incident response strategies, ensuring compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory bodies. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and testing to maintain a strong security posture.* Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure—including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud environments—to ensure resilience, scalability, and modernization.* Evaluate and manage technology vendors, cloud providers, and managed service partners. Negotiate and maintain cost-effective contracts and SLAs that align with organizational needs.* Guide Helpdesk and Production/Application Support teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and empathetic support experiences. Establish service standards and metrics for continuous improvement.* Lead organizational transformation initiatives by promoting innovation, transparency, and adaptability. Empower teams through clear communication, mentorship, and development opportunities.* Maintain and evolve the firm’s business continuity and disaster recovery programs to ensure operational resilience.* Oversee adherence to information security policies, technology standards, and industry regulations across all technology functions.# **What We Are Looking For**The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in IT leadership experience, enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure preferred), and cybersecurity frameworks. This leader must bring strong technical acumen, the ability to drive organizational change, and a people-first leadership style that inspires collaboration and accountability across the department and the firm.**Certifications:*** Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 required within 12 months of being hired.
