Role: Software Engineer - DevOps Engineer
Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and solutions to enable reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain DevOps solutions to support reliable build and software delivery
Understand the requirements, analyze and develop new solutions
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Support AI/ML in pipelines, including model training, deployment, and monitoring
Works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure operational stability
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and performance
Contribute to automation ensuring continuous improvement and DevOps best practices
Document all workflows, processes and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Engineering, or other supplemented with real world programming experience
Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining
pipelines
(e.g., CI/CD or data/ML pipelines)
Self‑driven, motivated individual who has ability to multitask with minimal supervision and exercise sound technical judgment
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Knowledge/Experience in PLM Domain with
DevOps tools and practices
, including CI/CD, automation, and system monitoring
Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Nodejs, Bash) and familiarity with SCM tools (perforce,GIT)
Familiarity with
AI/ML workflows
, such as model training, validation, deployment
Knowledge of
containerization and orchestration
(Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments
Good communication and interpersonal skills
With Bonus Pay: The salary range for this position is $100,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
