What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for dispatch communications and coordinate security‑related responses for incidents at the location.
Monitor and operate communication systems, including radios and telephones, to relay information to security‑related personnel and management.
Document and maintain accurate records of all incidents, activities, and communications in accordance with site‑specific policies.
Assist in managing emergency response activities by providing timely information and support to responding personnel.
Help deter unauthorized activities by maintaining situational awareness and promptly reporting suspicious behavior or incidents.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors per location protocols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to carry out site‑specific security‑related procedures and protocols.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subjected to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
