We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Architect or Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end‑to‑end architecture ownership, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.
Responsibilities
Architect and design system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.
Build and maintain full‑stack applications using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) for the backend and React or Angular for the frontend.
Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2).
Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.
Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications • Experienced Python Full Stack Architect or Lead candidate with a strong background in scalable web application development and architecture design.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems such as Okta or OAuth2.
