Salary:

$80,000 - $85,000

Job Summary As a Restaurant Manager in the Crown Club, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are provided with excellent service and our team members uphold Levy's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Maintaining positive guest relationships and obtaining regular feedback through table visits.

Training and conveying brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.

Promoting a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Maintaining state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.

Engaging in the financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager.

Employing good safety and sanitation practices and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies.

Executing required daily reporting, inventory controls, and menu requirements.

Ensuring team members adhere to Levy guidelines and delivering great guest service.

Conducting regularly scheduled meetings to keep lines of communication open between management and team members.

Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines, displaying a positive attitude toward team members.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.

High level of computer literacy.

Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
