role at
Weights & Biases . CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, acquired Weights & Biases to create the most powerful end‑to‑end platform to develop, deploy, and iterate AI faster. Since 2017, CoreWeave has operated a growing footprint of data centers covering every region of the US and across Europe, and was ranked as one of the TIME100 most influential companies of 2024. By bringing together CoreWeave’s industry‑leading cloud infrastructure with the best‑in‑class tools AI practitioners know and love from Weights & Biases, we’re setting a new standard for how AI is built, trained, and scaled. The integration of our teams and technologies is accelerating our shared mission: to empower developers with the tools and infrastructure they need to push the boundaries of what AI can do. From experiment tracking and model optimization to high‑performance training clusters, agent building, and inference at scale, we’re combining forces to serve the full AI lifecycle — all in one seamless platform.
What You’ll Do The Account Management team at Weights & Biases (W&B) by CoreWeave drives retention and revenue growth across our existing customer base by ensuring AI/ML teams achieve meaningful outcomes with our platform. We partner closely with Field Engineering—who leads technical success—to connect product adoption to business value, reduce friction in ML workflows, and uncover whitespace across organizations. Our team builds deep, multi‑threaded relationships with technical and operational stakeholders, maintains disciplined forecasting and account planning, and identifies opportunities to expand W&B usage across teams and business units. We ensure customers realize long‑term value while contributing to sustained company growth.
About the Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will own the commercial strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of Enterprise and select Strategic customers. You will lead complex renewals, manage multi‑threaded expansion and cross‑sell motions, and scale W&B adoption across multiple teams and business units. You will run structured commercial workflows—including discovery, qualification, value and ROI articulation, pricing, negotiation, and forecasting—while maintaining detailed multi‑year account plans that incorporate whitespace, risks, and growth sequencing. You will partner closely with Field Engineering to coordinate cross‑functional deliverables, lead executive business reviews, and use adoption insights to influence expansion strategy. This role requires strong commercial judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
Who You Are

Strong technical and product curiosity with familiarity in AI/ML, DevOps, or data infrastructure tooling
Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed account plans including whitespace mapping, risk tracking, and multi‑year growth planning
Disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene across renewal and expansion pipelines
Able to self‑direct in ambiguous environments and independently drive commercial outcomes
Comfortable partnering with Field Engineering to connect technical adoption with business value and commercial strategy
Preferred
Experience collaborating with Field Engineering, Product, Engineering, or Support in technical SaaS
Familiarity with Git, Python, Jupyter, PyTorch, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience supporting or selling to ML, MLOps, DevOps, or data infrastructure teams
Background working with AI‑native startups, foundation model builders, or Enterprise ML teams
Wondering if you’re a good fit?
You love building long‑term customer partnerships and uncovering high‑impact expansion opportunities
