Why we think you will love this role The

Manager, Brand Partnerships & Licensing

sits within our Brand Partnerships team supporting the Happy Meal initiative. You will work closely with McDonald’s to develop innovative program ideas, partner sourcing, and product development that meet modern consumer demands and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

Build the Brand Partnerships Department – focus on trend spotting and deep industry knowledge.

Develop strategic reporting pieces (internal & external) to educate stakeholders.

Share knowledge and findings across markets and conduct competitor & market reviews.

Support the planning process with external stakeholders, continually evolve practices based on business context.

Position tms as the key industry stakeholder and source market expertise.

Collaborate internally with strategy, product development, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution.

Book meetings, manage agendas, take minutes.

Create and manage multi‑disciplinary timelines for all global HM projects, ensuring they are accurate, achievable, and updated.

Share key achievements with internal and external collaborators.

Qualifications & Experience

+4 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management.

Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

Highly organized; can prioritize a fast‑paced workload.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills and confident presenting.

Can work independently and collaboratively.

Passionate about the creative process of campaign development.

Process‑driven mindset with ability to meet tight timelines.

Experience managing complex dependencies and multi‑disciplinary outputs.

Curious, detail‑oriented, and proactive in resolving stakeholder challenges.

Calm, confident, and level‑headed communicator.

Committed to continuous improvement and exploring new tools.

Passion for the McDonald’s brand and marketing industry.

Plus: experience working on a global team.

Remuneration Starting salary between $90,000 and $100,000.
