Bayhealth Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Endoscopist (Interventional Gastroenterologist) who has completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship to join our expanding Digestive Health team. Bayhealth is the premier-advanced endoscopy center in the state of Delaware, offering a robust and rapidly growing advanced endoscopy program.
Position Highlights
Join an established third-space endoscopy and complex ERCP / interventional EUS program
Practice in a newly built, state-of-the-art endoscopy center (opened 2023)
High procedural volume with strong referral base across the region
Robust multidisciplinary collaboration and surgical backup
Clinical Scope The incoming physician will be proficient in:
ERCP
Diagnostic and interventional EUS
Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR)
Luminal stenting
Tumor ablation
Deep enteroscopy
Interest in expanding third-space endoscopy is welcomed but not required, including:
Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD)
Endoscopic full‑thickness resection (EFTR)
E‑POEM
G‑POEM
Z‑POEM

Comprehensive surgical support, including:
Hepatobiliary surgery
Colorectal surgery
Foregut and minimally invasive surgery
