The Senior Managing Consultant will play a critical role in building and executing Crisis24's CISO on‑Demand offerings for high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices. This position is instrumental in scaling premium cybersecurity solutions that meet concierge‑level service expectations while protecting clients from cyber threats that can escalateto physical violence.
Working closely with the Director of Cyber, this role combines strategic analysis, operational excellence, and client relationship management to develop sustainable, high‑margin cybersecurity services. The position involves service development, financial modelling, team building, sales enablement, and partnership cultivation as we scale to a mature service portfolio.
Place of work & Travel Remote. Travel is required for client meetings and partnership development with wealth management firms and family offices.
What You Will Work On Service Development & Operations
Design and refine service delivery models for Cyber Protect
Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and onboarding processes that deliver white‑glove client experiences
Lead capacity planning and scaling decisions, including build vs. buy analysis for service expansion
Oversee the 6‑person support team and 24/7 monitoring capabilities to ensure premium service delivery
Financial & Strategic Analysis
Build and maintain financial models tracking margins, capacity constraints, and growth projections
Conduct feasibility studies and strategic alternatives analysis for new service offerings
Develop business cases that inform executive decision‑making on resource allocation and pricing
Identify operational efficiencies to maintain target margins as the client base scales
Sales Enablement & Business Development
Create comprehensive sales materials including objections handling guides, conversation starters, and executive presentations
Develop content tailored for the high‑net‑worth market, connecting cyber threats to reputation protection and family safety
Support partnership development with wealth management firms (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, UBS), insurance providers (AIG Private Client Group), and other strategic channels
Identify and cultivate upsell opportunities within existing Crisis24 client base
Key Account Management
Support onboarding of high‑net‑worth clients with white‑glove service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with family office executives and wealth management advisors
Ensure service delivery meets the concierge‑level expectations of ultra‑wealthy clients
Coordinate across Crisis24's broader security infrastructure to deliver integrated solutions
Mentor and manage junior team members on strategic analysis, business case development, and client engagement
Build cross‑functional relationships to leverage Crisis24's existing infrastructure and expertise
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Cyber Practice
What You Will Bring
5-7 years experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or similar analytical roles
Demonstrated excellence in financial modelling and business case development
Strong understanding of premium/luxury service delivery models and high‑touch client management
Experience creating polished executive‑level presentations and sales enablement materials
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
Strategic thinking with attention to operational details and execution
Competent skills with office‑based software; Microsoft Office suite
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Background in cybersecurity, technology services, or family office/wealth management sectors
Experience with capacity planning and scaling service‑based businesses
Track record of developing successful partnership channels
Familiarity with the unique needs and expectations of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients
Relevant cyber security risk management qualification (CISSP, CompTIA)
Fluency in a second language
