More specifically, you will:* Lead the planning of finished goods supply capabilities across both operational and strategic horizons based on the needs of the LEGO Group, our consumers and customers. This includes process, system, people and organizational capabilities in an operational and strategic lens.* Actively contribute to and participate in global sales and operations planning processes.* Provide strategic leadership and contribution to the development of global and regional supply and inventory planning capabilities.* Develop, formulate and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.* Lead and implement inventory control mechanisms to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.* Define critical metrics for supply and inventory indicators for the supply chain function and regularly monitor and report the performance metrics.* Collaborate, influence and build strong collaborative relationships with critical stakeholders in AMS market groups, manufacturing sites, wider global supply chain operations teams and other AMS SCO functional teams.* Lead, empower and develop team members in the regional Supply and Inventory Planning (SIP) team, acting as a role model to inspire personal growth and management through leadership playground behaviors.* Joint owner of the SCO pulse action plan together with the rest of Americas SCO Leadership team and to actively champion for people initiatives and culture.# **Play your part in our team succeeding**This is a critical senior role responsible for planning and finished goods supply in very dynamic business environment coupled with an expanding supply and distribution network. Significant challenges and opportunities with growth and optimization are to be expected. Hence, this is an excellent role for leaders to further develop/elevate their team and personal leadership capabilities, while contributing to both strategic and operational demands.The role has a regional and global scope, with significant impact on pinnacle KPIs. This role will lead the Americas SCO SIP team and be a core member of the AMS SCO Leadership team.* 10+ years of progressive experience in E2E supply chain operations.* Extensive experience in supply and inventory planning within manufacturing operations or equivalent experience.* Proven experience in inventory optimization and control mechanisms that reduce costs and/or improve service levels.* Experience implementing planning systems in a business context.* Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives in supply chain organizations.* Strong record of delivering results over both strategic and operational horizons.* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically - being an excellent problem solver, making the complex simple and driving effective decision-making with cross-functional management teams.* 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams from a senior leadership role.* Ability to collaborate and influence across different cultures and organizational levels.* Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments and adapt to changes, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Please expect a delay in the recruitment process due to the Christmas holidays.**Compensation**The salary for this position has a range of 196.229,00 $ - 294.343,00 $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
