The Director will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, commercial, operations, and regional teams to align product investments to business priorities and customer needs. Role expectations Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own
multi-year product vision and strategy , aligned to corporate objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs
Lead portfolio-level roadmap development, balancing innovation, technical debt, regulatory requirements, and revenue growth
Translate strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Ensure product strategies are operationalized through
clear roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
Establish strong product operating rhythms, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and release governance
Drive accountability for delivery outcomes across cross‑functional teams
Stakeholder & Executive Leadership
Act as the senior product voice in executive and cross‑functional forums
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure alignment from concept to launch
Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leadership
Customer & Market Leadership
Champion deep customer understanding through data, research, and market insights
Ensure product decisions are grounded in validated customer value and market opportunity
Guide pricing, packaging, and lifecycle decisions in partnership with commercial teams
Team Development & Product Maturity
Set product management standards, best practices, and career development paths
Mentor and develop product leaders, raising overall product management maturity and impact
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manages Senior Managers and/or Managers of Product Management
Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development of product management leaders
Establishes team structure, capacity planning, and skill development to support long‑term strategy
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12–15 years of progressive experience in MedTech or Medical Device, including 7+ years in senior product marketing leadership roles.
Demonstrated success defining and executing
multi-year product strategies
in complex environments
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in matrixed, global organizations
Strong experience with product roadmapping, and outcome‑based delivery
Exceptional executive communication, influence, and decision‑making skills
Pay Transparency Base salary ranges are presented to reflect the expected level of experience and the total compensation package for this position. Salary ranges may be adjusted geographically for other locations outside of the primary location.
