This is a permanent year round position. Candidate must have full availability and will be required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays./ppBenefits include medical, dental, vision for the employee as well as PTO and 401K./ppThe selected individual will be trained to bake and frost all sizes of cakes and flavors offered by NbC according to NbCs standards and time guidelines. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the required par levels and will bake and frost accordingly. Responsibilities include keeping the baking/frosting stations clean, sanitized and running efficiently, as well as tracking inventory and ordering of groceries and baking/frosting materials./ppBaking and frosting is a physically demanding position. It requires being able to lift at least 50 lbs./ppThe Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker - Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods and food safety standards, the Baker - Froster performs the repeated baking and frosting process for our delicious cakes offered in a variety of flavors and sizes. Please note that NbC recipes are available in English and Spanish./liliUnderstands basic units of measurement used in the U.S./liliHas the ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time./liliIs able to operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment and work adjacent to a high-heat source./liliIs meticulous about using exact measurements, paying strict attention to timing and working on a tight, fast-paced production schedule./liliCan evaluate products, processes, information, and surroundings to determine compliance with standards./liliPossesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards./liliIs diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision./liliMust be on-time for all shifts./li/ulh3Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:/h3ulliApplicants must be 18 years of age or older./liliWhile no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus./li/ulh3Work Availability:/h3pMust have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands./ppCompensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour/p/div
