- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Prepare maintenance work orders from residents and staff.
- Accept delivery packages, mail, documents, and notify the resident of delivery.
- Make photocopies, send faxes, and perform other office tasks.
- Schedule room requests.
- Assist Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments.
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Have experience working in an office setting.
- Have excellent telephone communication skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Can pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
