Executive and Personal Assistant Role:
This Executive and Personal Assistant position is well-suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced, dynamic atmospheres and bring a proactive, refined, and resourceful approach to executive support.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, organizing internal and external meetings across various time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries)
- Handle booking and expense reporting as a core responsibility
- Offer daily executive support to two senior leaders, ensuring follow-through and precision on all commitments
- Serve as a communication liaison, drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Provide occasional personal assistance such as errands, reservations, and ad hoc requests to allow executives to focus on core responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth office operations
- Support special projects by conducting light research, organizing data, and handling other assigned duties
Executive and Personal Assistant Background Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Prior experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services is preferred; candidates from other high-demand industries are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, approachable style
