Executive Assistant
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team in San Francisco. This role will support three senior leaders within Chime's Product organization, helping them stay organized, focused, and connected across multiple priorities and projects. You'll play a key role in creating clarity amid complexity, and helping your executives operate effectively within their teams and across the organization.
This position is full-time and located in our San Francisco office. There could be a need for occasional correspondence outside of normal hours.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $116,100.00 and up to $161,300.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Manage complex, fast-changing calendars, understanding priorities, anticipating conflicts, and creating space for focus, deep work and leadership needs.
- Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and key on-site meetings, working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage dependencies to keep schedules running smoothly
- Support Product leaders by managing scheduling, logistics, and communication flow across teams, helping track follow-ups, flag priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Build strong relationships with other Executive Assistants, working as a collaborative member of the EA team to share context, improve systems, and support each other's success.
- Maintain high discretion and judgment, handling sensitive information and communications with professionalism.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders (VP, SVP, or equivalent), ideally within a technology company
- A proven ability to prioritize intelligently and make sound judgment calls on what deserves time and attention.
- Strong communication skills, you write clearly, follow up effectively, and convey context with warmth and efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the creativity to find solutions even with limited resources.
- The ability to adapt quickly, you stay calm and focused when things change.
- A collaborative, approachable style, you build trust naturally and work well with peers, other EAs, and cross-functional partners.
- A natural sense of organization, timing, and empathy, knowing when to nudge, when to protect time, and when to connect people.
