Position overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Support leadership with research, data gathering, and preparing briefing materials.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
This will be a Part time remote opportunity.
