LPN will work in team nursing model with an RN to care for 8 medical stepdown patients, in which RN will be responsible for all assessments. LPN will be responsible for medication administration, wound care and other patient care as needed. In addition to the RN/LPN team, there will also be a PCT to assist with patient care, vitals etc. Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
