Part Time Office Assistant

Associa is hiring a Part Time Office Assistant for their corporate office in Chantilly, VA. Hours are Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm. Pay rate: $14-$15.30 an hour.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Receive and sort mail.
  • Open and review mail.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Upload documents.
  • Data entry.
  • Manage and respond to emails.
  • Communicate with multiple staff members in-person and by phone.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multitask.
  • On time, punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Professional communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
