Job Description Job Description Title: Sr Manufacturing Engineer Location: Brooklyn Park Minnesota 55428 Duration: 3 months with possible extension or conversion Job Description: Technical Skills: Must Have: Agile (PLM Enovia Experience with Product Development and new product introduction. Knowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting, service and repair of capital medical equipment (e.g.,Electronic Instruments , surgical instruments, or laboratory equipment). maintenance of material masters and bills of material Procedure Development process validation Technical Writing Tooling and Fixture Validation Nice To Have: SAP Top 3 skills sets required: Manufacturing Engineering- maintenance/repair procedure development process/tooling validation MAP Agile 3 main responsibilities/day to day activities required for this role: Collaborate with R&D to drive development of Service procedures develop procedures to harvest parts or refurbish small capital systems, What products (if any) will this role support? VitalFlow and HMS Plus What is your target years of experience: 10 ideally but no fewer than 5. The ideal candidate will be curious about our systems and want to learn how they work, drive procedure development and opportunities for improvement without much supervision. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned . Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling. Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques. Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
