Job Description Job Description Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and validate advanced machining processes for high-precision components used in regulated and high-tolerance industries. This role focuses on CNC programming, process development, and continuous improvement across a wide range of materials. This is a temp-perm opportunity but we would consider a direct hire for the right candidate! Normal business working hours and pay is starting between $75-$80k based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Create, optimize, and validate CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Develop toolpaths for complex geometries and multi-axis machining Apply machining fundamentals including cutting dynamics, chip load control, heat management, and tight tolerance requirements Engineer machining processes for aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, superalloys, plastics, and non-ferrous metals Define tooling, fixturing, work holding, feeds, speeds, and engagement strategies Validate parts using precision measurement tools and CMM equipment Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and engineering goals Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Minimum 5 years of CNC machining and programming experience Strong proficiency with CAD/CAM software Advanced understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation Deep knowledge of material behavior, tool wear, and machining theory Experience working in high-precision or regulated manufacturing environments preferred Apply with us today or call Schulte Staffing Solutions at 978-594-0497
