NexDiscovery
NexDiscovery is the only AI platform that works inside the enterprise, turning raw data into action autonomously — no prompts, no dashboards, no data leaving your walls. Our patent‑pending Proactive Intelligence engine continuously explores CRM, ERP, and financial systems to detect what’s about to happen — surfacing the signals that drive revenue, prevent risk, and repair data quality before anyone asks.
Role Description We’re looking for our first
Implementation Engineer (Founding Deployment Engineer)
to own the technical delivery of our platform during early customer pilots and enterprise rollouts.
You’ll work directly with our CTO, CEO, and clients (CROs, CFOs, and data teams) to:
Integrate NexDiscovery with complex enterprise data systems,
Validate and optimize our Proactive Intelligence platform, and
Translate early customer needs into product and architecture improvements.
This role sits at the intersection of
data engineering, customer success, and applied AI —ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving real business problems with data, and wants to help shape a new category from the ground up.
What You'll Do Deployment & Integration
Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new customers — from data mapping and connector setup to agent validation.
Integrate NexDiscovery with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERPs (NetSuite, SAP), and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Build and document scalable data ingestion workflows using APIs, SQL, and our internal orchestration layer.
Customer Engineering
Collaborate with customer data teams to align security, schema, and access requirements.
Configure and validate platform for sales, finance, and data quality use cases.
Translate business context into configuration — ensuring insights are both accurate and explainable.
Iteration & Insights
Work closely with founders to refine onboarding scripts, data validation steps, and insight‑readout templates.
Collect field feedback to inform new connectors, inference improvements, and agent tuning.
Support proof-of-concept pilots by rapidly diagnosing data issues and iterating live with customers.
Internal Enablement
Develop reusable setup templates, configuration playbooks, and customer‑facing technical documentation.
Partner with GTM and product teams to ensure every pilot converts into a repeatable, scalable deployment motion.
