$625k 1099 for 52 weeks with reasonable vacation buy‑back Monday–Friday work schedule; no scheduled cases on weekends and no ER patients MD on‑call for inpatients; called in 2 times last year Call‑back compensation: $275/hr Team consists of 5 CRNAs and 1 general Anesthesiologist Case types include Urology, Spine, Plastics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Bariatrics Qualifications
