Assistant Store Manager , you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, inspiring your team, customers, and community. You’ll support store operations, lead and develop your team, and elevate the client experience.

Location & Requirements
Location
– This role requires on‑site work at 543 Coleman Ave, San Jose, CA 95110, United States.
Availability
– This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Must be able to handle and apply products to clients—with or without accommodation.
What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 – $81,700.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
