We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant who can translate complex commercial needs into practical, scalable technical solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with internal teams to design, deliver, and support solutions that influence product development and drive adoption. Your work will improve user experiences, streamline processes, and ensure successful solution delivery across teams and partners. What You’ll Do
Consult with internal teams to understand commercial business models and translate them into actionable technical solutions
Support the creation of custom solutions, repeatable solution frameworks, and customer requirement mappings
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during solution delivery and deployment by analyzing data, proposing fixes, and validating outcomes
Coordinate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify recurring patterns to reduce future risk
Contribute to scaling existing solutions and developing new repeatable assets such as best practices, documentation, tutorials, and sample code
Support execution of technical solution strategies and help influence technical product direction
Identify product gaps using user feedback and metrics, and contribute to solution development, validation, and documentation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical guidance and identify potential solution offerings
Define solution scope, constraints, and architecture based on business objectives and technical requirements
Participate in architecture and design sessions to reinforce solution value
Help define system‑level problems and design workable, end‑to‑end solutions
Assist in defining components, APIs, and data models, validating functionality and correctness
Support stakeholder relationships to deliver high‑quality solutions and identify new opportunities
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong consultative skills
Situational leadership capabilities
Solid technical acumen
Experience with opportunity and pipeline management
Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting
Core technical knowledge relevant to the role
Understanding of systems thinking
Ability to develop and manage stakeholder strategies
Experience with system design and/or coding
Relevant industry experience
