Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus
Work duties include, but may not be limited to:
Making daily rounds to observe residents and ensure that staffing levels meet residents' needs; ensuring all appropriate and necessary nursing care is provided in the Skilled Nursing setting
Interacting with residents and families/responsible parties and staff; answering questions, providing directions and support
Directing admissions and discharges within the Health Center; coordinating with the acute hospital, assisted living, and independent living staff
Performing administrative planning
Supervising nursing and management staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluating performance
What you need to be successful in this role:
Completion of Accredited Licensing Nursing Program (RN)
Current CA RN License
BS Degree, Masters Preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional managerial experience in a related field
Excellent clinical observation and assessment skills
Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records, and communicate with team members
Current CPR certification
