We are seeking a dedicated physician to provide inpatient care in West Burlington, IA, near Cedar Rapids.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hospitalist services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and safety.
Manage acute and chronic conditions, perform procedures as needed, and document clinical findings accurately.
Participate in on‑call rotations and ensure timely communication with families and staff.
Skills Needed Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with hospital EMR systems preferred.
