We are building advanced AI systems for autonomous robotic applications. We are seeking an experienced

Robotics AI Scientist

to join our team as an early contributor. You will work on challenging problems in robotic perception, planning, and control, helping to shape the technical direction of our AI systems.

This is a fast-paced role where you will wear multiple hats, take ownership of projects, and directly impact the evolution of our technology. There is strong potential to grow into leadership roles as the team expands.

What You’ll Work On

Design, develop, and deploy AI models for robotic systems.

Contribute to architecture decisions for perception, planning, and control.

Build simulation-based methods for training and validating AI models.

Work with multiple sensor types (e.g., cameras, LIDAR, tactile).

Improve data pipelines and infrastructure for model training and evaluation.

Deploy AI software in real-world robotic applications.

Optimize performance and efficiency on GPU systems.

What We’re Looking For

M.S./Ph.D. in robotics, computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience developing AI-driven solutions for robotics applications.

Strong expertise in computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other AI domains.

Experience with advanced AI techniques such as VLAs, deep RL, or imitation learning.

Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch.

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
