Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Dermatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals – Harlem. Harlem Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Opportunity Details
Provide outpatient dermatology consultations
Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions
Perform minor dermatologic procedures and lesion removals
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on skin health
Collaborate with other specialties and support resident education
Part‑time schedule: 24 hours per week
Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology
New York State Medical License
Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary: $202,200 (board eligible); $208,200 (board certified) based on a 24‑hour work week.
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution: 3% of base earnings immediately vested; an additional 7% after one year of service.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
