The Opportunity We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative

Strategic Alliances Director

to shape how Cyera brings joint solutions to market with our most strategic partners – across cloud, identity, data, and AI. You will collaborate with the product, marketing, and GTM teams to create or enhance solutions, develop effective collateral, and enable GTM teaming on demand generation and sales. Success will be measured with a focus on revenue, market share gains, and overall competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Incubate and scale strategic partners across cloud providers, security ISVs, data platforms, and AI platforms; orchestrate new differentiated integrations, marketing, and GTM initiatives that drive unique value for joint customers.

Understand partners’ business objectives and go‑to‑market approaches; build and execute alliance strategy and sales plays focused on new sales and customer engagements.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at partners; drive execution with partners across sales, marketing, and product.

Prioritize integration or solution opportunities; collaborate with product marketing to define messaging and create sales and marketing collateral.

Define and manage cross‑functional alliance plans for co‑build, co‑market, and co‑sell; govern performance and measure key metrics.

Negotiate alliance agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Cyera.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; MBA highly desired. If an undergraduate degree is not technical, an MBA is required.

8+ years in strategic business development, technology alliances, product management/marketing, solution marketing, or technical sales enablement at a Software/SaaS technology provider.

5+ years managing technology alliances and partner ecosystems, with joint go‑to‑market execution impact at scale via sell‑with models.

Strong technical acumen in Cybersecurity or Data industries; experience with Snowflake, ServiceNow, or driving GTM of technology integrations for Cloud/Data/AI security is a strong plus.

Data‑driven with strong analytical skills; forecast co‑sell motion alliance revenue with Salesforce.com skills.

Highly collaborative, cross‑functional alignment, and influence without authority.

Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills for executive and technical audiences.

Compensation The compensation range is

$150,000‑250,000 USD

annually.
