Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines.
