Company Description We are a locally owned ABA practice offering services in our home-like clinic, in client homes, and in schools throughout the greater DeLand, Florida area. Our team is made up of exceptional RBTs and dedicated analysts. Our compassionate team work together to provide high-quality, individualized services to children and families.

Role Description This is a full-time in person role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in DeLand, FL. - Conduct assessments and development individualized treatment plans. - Supervise and mentor our amazing RBTs and student analysts. - Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals. - Monitor progress and adjust interventions with care and precision. - Help foster a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience with Behavior Management strategies and interventions Knowledge and application of principles of Psychology Ability to provide effective Parent Training and Coaching to support our caregivers Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on client-centered care Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate documentation Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral conditions
