Our private-equity-backed client is looking for a

Senior Finance Manager

to manage financial operations, strategic planning, and modeling for the organization. Ideal candidate is highly analytical with 8-15 years of finace experience in a combinations of small and mid-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and decision support. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that support revenue forecasting, expense planning, cost optimization, and scenario analysis. Build dynamic models that integrate operational KPIs, acquisition assumptions, and market inputs to support strategic decision-making. Support external stakeholders including auditors, private equity partners, and banks with required analyses and reporting. Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses including market sizing, cost-benefit evaluations, margin analysis, and efficiency studies.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity. Strong expertise in financial modeling (three-statement models, forecasting, M&A models, scenario and sensitivity analyses). Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions strongly preferred. Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills; experience with BI tools a plus. Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate with executive-level stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Work environment/Location - hybrid in Seattle Benefits - medical, dental, vision, bonus Comp - $165k - $180k base
