Position Summary:

This Senior Manager position will be responsible for all facets of the financial planning process. This position will be a key member of the Finance Team, working closely with the CFO and Controller. The ideal candidate is an expert in Excel, detail oriented, and understands the episodic television production business.

Location:

Los Angeles, CA70-80% remote, must be available to appear in office as needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Studio & Corporate Finance Corporate financial planning, including quarterly forecasts, yearly budget, and long range plan Quarterly management reporting for senior leadership, board of directors, and investors Manage series ultimates, forecasts, and borrowing base compliances Project capital needs, including credit facility cash needs, borrowing base calculation, and interest projections - Reporting covenants Ad-hoc analysis of show profitability (ultimates)

Business Operations Collaborate with physical production team on cost reports and use them for forecasting Analyze and prepare show profitability

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS Strong advance Excel experience and modeling skills required Must be detail-oriented Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis Understanding of finance operations; accounting knowledge a plus Experience in entertainment industry required Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing requirements and deadlines Excellent communication skills including the ability to take initiative in communicating issues and status Respectful and works well in a small team environment Proactive in initiating tasks, must be willing to be hands-on and highly collaborative Sage Intacct experience a plus Airtable experience a plus

The salary range for this position is $125K-150K+ (DOE); Full Benefits and Bonus-Eligible
