About the Opportunity: A growing, independent wealth management firm in San Antonio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Service Advisor

to join its team. The firm is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve long-term financial confidence through comprehensive planning, personalized investment management, and a client-first culture grounded in trust and education. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career financial professional to work closely with experienced advisors, gain hands-on exposure to financial planning and client relationship management, and grow toward a future lead advisor role.

Key Responsibilities: Support senior advisors in managing and servicing client relationships. Prepare meeting materials, financial plans, performance reports, and follow-up summaries. Handle client service requests, including account updates, transfers, and scheduling. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and financial planning software. Participate in client meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance. Stay current on financial planning concepts, investment products, and industry best practices.

Qualifications: 13 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or client service within financial services. Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year). Life & Health Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain. Progress toward or interest in the CFP designation encouraged. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
