Project Finance Credit Risk VP (New York)

My client is an international bank and is looking to bring on a Project Finance Credit Risk VP to join their NY branch. This role will be supporting a portfolio of project finance transactions in the US.
Responsibilities include Prepare Project Finance credit reports, collaborating with colleagues to gather data and context. Establish and maintain credit review processes, updating relevant Policies and Procedures. Apply credit rating models to provide credit review opinions in reports and targeted reviews. Communicate with regulators and auditors regarding the branch's Project Finance exposure. Verify report accuracy and recommend actions to ensure integrity before senior management reporting. Provide analysis and data to stakeholders as needed. Lead preparation, presentation, and discussion at monthly Credit committees and other meetings. Support team members by covering absences and managing workload as needed.
Candidate must have had exposure and knowledge of project finance transactions and a background in credit analysis.
This position is in office 3 days/week in Midtown NYC.
