Senior FPGA Engineer
to join their elite hardware acceleration team. Youll work at the cutting edge of high-frequency trading, solving complex challenges in ultra-low latency systemswhere every nanosecond matters.
Within the role youll work side-by-side with Quantitative Researchers and Strategy Developers, building high-performance systems that directly impact the firms trading success. There are no silosjust deep collaboration, rapid iteration, and the freedom to innovate. What Youll Do: Partner with quants and developers to design and optimize high-speed FPGA solutions Architect and implement hardware to accelerate trading systems
from board to API Optimize performance through iterative development in live trading environments Drive hardware decisions including selection, system design, and testing Contribute to both strategic long-term builds and short-cycle tactical improvements
What You Bring: 8+ years
of experience designing FPGAs or ASICs using VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog Experience with
high-speed interfaces
like Ethernet or PCIe Strong understanding of
hardware/software co-design
and system-level thinking Bonus: Experience in C++, C#, or Java Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
